Today, for example, humanity is united by the Internet, which allows each person to have access to various information. Also, there are many different standards that contribute to the unification of society.
In addition, do not forget about the creation of a generally accepted language, which is English today. In reality, globalization manifests itself in a variety of areas that contribute to the creation of a single global system.
