The generation growing up in the Soviet years has heard well about Viktor Vladimirovich Golyavkin. Viktor Golyavkin is an outstanding creative person. Golovyakin contributed to the development of Soviet and Russian children's literature as a writer who also drew well and was a book graphic artist.
1. Born V.V. Golyavkin in the 29th year of the 20th century, the writer's small homeland is Baku in Azerbaijan. Both Victor's parents served as music teachers.
2. In 1953, namely on June 22, Golyavkin became a graduate of the Repin Academy of Arts, and Victor studied excellently.
3. In the art school, the future literary figure mastered theatrical decoration design. This is his diploma specialty.
4. Born in the Soviet Union, however, Golyavkin did not join the party. Victor did not become a participant in the Great Patriotic War, as he was too young.
5. V. Golyavkin was admitted to the Union of Writers of the Soviet Union of Socialist Republics in the 61st year of the last century. After 12 years, he received membership in the Union of Artists in the section on graphics.
6. For the first time, Golovyakin was published in Kostra with the story “How a difficult question was solved”. The magazine was quite popular in the Soviet Union, a large number of readers found out about the author, who received the publication quite warmly.
7. Golyavkin's stories are not only entertaining for children, but also instructive. For the first time a book with stories was published in "Detgiz" in 59 of the 20th century. The romance of "Notebooks in the Rain" charged the younger generation with optimism and positive thinking.
8. Golovyakin wrote not only for children, but also works for adult readers. The first collection with the title "Greetings to you, birds" in the 68th year of the 20th century was occupied by "Lenizdat".

20. Writer and artist Viktor Golyavkin died in St. Petersburg in 2001 (July 26). Many generations honor and remember his contribution to the cultural heritage of Russia and neighboring countries.
