Ilya Oleinikov was born on July 10, 1947 in Chisinau. He grew up in a simple Jewish family that has nothing to do with the film industry.

Childhood and youth

Death
After the failure of the musical, Ilya Oleinikov fell into a severe depression. Over time, relatives and his friends admit that it was at that moment that he spoke about his imminent death.
In mid-2012, Ilya was diagnosed with lung cancer, as a result of which he underwent chemotherapy. Intensive treatment further weakened the aching heart. In addition, he smoked a lot, not intending to fight this habit.
In the fall of the same year, Oleinikov contracted pneumonia. Doctors put him into a state of artificial sleep, but this did not contribute to the actor's recovery. Ilya Lvovich Oleinikov died on November 11, 2012 at the age of 65.
