Valery Syutkin was born on March 22, 1958 in Moscow. He grew up and was brought up in a family that has nothing to do with show business.
His father, Milad Alexandrovich, taught at the Military Engineering Academy, and also took part in the construction of Baikonur. Mother, Bronislava Andreevna, worked as a junior research assistant in one of the capital's universities.
Childhood and youth
The first tragedy in the biography of Syutkin occurred at the age of 13, when his parents decided to leave. In high school, he developed a keen interest in rock and roll, as a result of which he began to listen to the music of Western rock bands.
In the early 70s, Valery was a member of several musical groups in which he played drums or bass guitar. After receiving the certificate, he briefly worked as an assistant cook in the restaurant "Ukraine".
At the age of 18, Syutkin went to the army. He served in the Air Force as an aircraft mechanic in the Far East. However, even here the soldier did not forget about creativity, playing in the military ensemble "Flight". An interesting fact is that it was in this group that he first tried himself as a vocalist.

In the early 80s, Syutkin participated in the "Telephone" group, which has published 4 albums over the years. In 1985 he moved to the Zodchie rock group, where he sang with Yuri Loza.
A couple of years later, Valery founded the Feng-o-Men trio, with which he recorded the disc, Granular Caviar. At the same time he won the Audience Award at the International Festival "Step to Parnassus".
After that, Syutkin worked for 2 years in the troupe of Mikhail Boyarsky, where he sang songs to the accompaniment of the orchestra. In 2017, Valery took part in the Voices in the Metro project, sounding stations on one of the Moscow metro lines. He became the author of the play "Delight", which he presented in the shopping center "Na Strastnom", playing a key and only role in it.
Personal life
The artist's first wife was a girl whom he met after coming from the army. Syutkin does not name her name, because she does not want to upset her beloved woman in the past. Their marriage, in which the girl Elena was born, lasted about 2 years.
After that, Valery went down the aisle with a girl whom he "recaptured" from his friend. However, this union did not last long. The couple had a boy Maxim, who today works in the tourism business.
