Pavel Alexandrovich Poselenov (genus. Was a deputy of the Moscow City Duma of the VI convocation (2014-2019).
Childhood and youth
Pavel Poselenov was born on March 20, 1967 in Moscow, then the capital of the Soviet Union.
The family was intelligent. Pavel's father was a candidate of chemical sciences. Mother and father went in for sports, having achieved considerable success. Poselenov was a deputy of the Moscow City Duma for five years (september 2014 — early autumn 2019). He went to the polls as part of the My Moscow faction, was elected from United Russia. He was a member of the commissions in such areas: environmental policy, urban planning, state property and land use, science and industry.
Took part in the development and implementation in practice of the project for the renovation of Moscow. He participated in the Urbanforum, which he considered an opportunity to look into the future of his native city. Today Pavel is not one of the deputies of the last convocation of the Moscow Duma. He focused his efforts on the Ingrad Group of Companies.

Pavel attends the trips of FC Torpedo. He is not only a big fan but also the chairman of the board. Poselenov, together with other benefactors, sponsored the filming of a feature film by Ilya Uchitel about Eduard Streltsov. Eduard was an outstanding player of the Torpedo team; he was once nicknamed "Russian Pele".
When a friendly match was held, which was dedicated to the movie "Streltsov", Poselenov's son took an active part in it. The tape was filmed at the stadium "Torpedo" named after E. A. Streltsov. The reconstruction of this object is carried out by the Ingrad Group of Companies. The premiere screening of the film took place in early autumn 2020.
Pavel took part in the procession of the Immortal Regiment. He walked with a photograph of his heroic grandfather in a column of the Moscow people's militia. Pavel's grandfather was a sergeant, the commander of a flamethrower group.
